Recruiter phone interview first if chosen, setup for in person interview. In person interview is with 10 managers. They ask 10 behavioral/situational questions. You get 90 seconds to answer each question in STAR format.

Two virtual interviews: first is the initial screening, verifying you and your experience, and a little more about the role with one person. Second interview is with two people and ask STAR structured questions.

Initial screening call interview, and then a follow up with team leaders of the role usually 2. They will ask you some STAR format questions and relevant experience regarding customer service.

Interview
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
