A recruiter reached out to schedule a 15 minute phone screen. Was 5 minutes late to join and asked me to tell them about myself. I shared a few key things and asked specifically what products this role was for, they knew the primary, I shared my experience, then she asked if I had any quesions. I asked several that I would think a recruiter could answer and she said she couldn't answer any of them. Overall it was an odd experience and not what I would expect of a company this size.
