This was an in-person interview. I didn't know it was for Flooring/Decor until the interview. We discussed the details of the job and company benefits. She said she had 2 other scheduled interviews and was trying to fill position for 2 shifts. The interview went very well, but I never heard from them again.

2-3 step process, First you have to apply online, there are many stores and many potions available within the store. Most associates start at PT and will move to fulltime if they have the right skills. Usually 1st interview you will meet with a department supervisor or Assistant atore.manager, they will run you through some questions. just be honest, Trust me you'll do fiNE Next you will.meet with the store manager, or another asm, or maybe a districh manager once in a million. Once they offer you the job, you have to submit to both a federal background check and a drug screening, cheek dwab or Urine test depending on the store.

I applied online, within a couple of days I received a phone call and was asked a couple of questions. I was then asked when would I be available for an interview. The interview took place with the Manager of the Store, it was very pleasant, friendly and upbeat. I was offered a position, went through the formalities required and was working within a few weeks.
