I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
First they call you and give you a brief interview over the phone. the call center is probably located oversees somewhere so be ready for a language barrier, they do not call from the headquarters in GA. Than, if the interview over the phone goes well yoru than invited for an in-store interview with an ASM, if that goes well than you'll have a final interview with the Store manager. If you've reached this point than more tha likely the ASM liked you and you'll be discussing your pay at the final interview with the SM. It took about 2 weeks tops to get everything done. If you don't hear anything from ASM after 2nd interview make sure to follow-up with a phone call. Sometimes they are so busy that they forget to get back to you in a timely manner.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Rochester, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
First I applied online and took a bunch of tests , then I received a robo call to set up an interview for a job I had not applied for. I didn’t go the first time they asked, but later I decided I would go to one closer to my house and see what it was about. After I interviewed with the assistant store manager they offered me a permanent position in the office, rather than the seasonal floor position I’d set up the interview for.
