I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First an online application where you upload your basic profile information as well as your resume. They have the option for a cover letter but I didn't make one. Then you got an email from a recruiter asking to set up time for a call with some person. The call is where they really interview you. It's not that intense but don't lie (or be ready to back up your lies) because they ask for elaboration. For mine, they wanted to see some sort of passion or real interest in the field.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Gainesville, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
In a group of four, complete two different tasks asked by the two interviewers. Afterwards, they let you know whether or not you got the offer in a few weeks. They assess off of communication skills, and how well you work with others
