It was simple, everybody gets asked the same 5 or 6 questions. basic. Expanding this would help Home Depot get better people on staff. making the company that much better

The interview process was professional and conversational. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my experience and leadership style. It felt like they genuinely wanted to understand my fit for the role.
Short and to the point. The interview was as expected for this role. I would not recommend this role to someone that’s looking to supplement their income. The pay rate is very low.
