This was for what is their HDI - Home Depot Interiors department with US Remodlers dba Home Depot. Kitchen cabinet refacing and bathroom refacing. Interview via phone with recruiter, then a scheduled face to face with the hiring manager. Need sales experience but not within industry. Need to be able to present in home sales, looking more for personality and ability to present and learn 9 step sales process.

Can you handle not knowing your schedule for each day until after 10:00pm the night before.
Interview started with basic questions and they started asking scenario based questions which I felt really worried. I felt few questions are really illogical. Overall it is a bad experience.

Was not much thought behind it, the interviewer did not seem very prepared. I would not pursue this job, and did in fact drop out very quickly. It was simple enough to get through though

Very fast, not interested in my answers/details. I had to follow up multiple times and they were inconsistent with getting back to me. Don't express interest and then not call back.
