Tell me about a time when you provided excellent customer service.
The interview process is all short and simple. They ask that you use the STAR method and give very detailed answers to get insight into your background. There's a set of 2 interviews with 2 interviewers in them each and they run for about a hour.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot
