Interview
The Interview Process was very simple. It began with a brief introduction about myself, and why I wanted to work at that location for the summer. The rest of the questions were hypothetical that tested interpersonal skills as an employee, such as how one would deal with a stealing employee, or how conflicts have been dealt with in the past.

Question 1
If you catch a fellow employee stealing from the store, how would you deal with the situation.
Easy, You sit down with a single manager, or HR representative and they ask you basic questions about previous Jobs and your personal skills. They will usually offer a position after the first interview.
