easy interview its mostly a conversation and not really an interview, they can work with your schedule and understand if you are a student as well. they let you choose what type of shifts that they are looking for and you can choose which can help you out and workout.

Good very knowledgeable very friendly open minded and a very good listener asked a lot of questions and also was very attentive to my past experience overall a very good person

Interview
Just asked for your availability. You had to work a minimum of one weekend day with any weekly schedule. There were no questions regarding experience or why you wanted to work there.
Went in for an “interview” and I got asked about basic details and got told they’d do a background check, if it’s clean they’d hire me. They didn’t even ask about resume or experience lol, 1 week later hired and started 2 weeks after the “interview”.
