THEY HAVE FIXED SET OF QUESTIONS, hardly 5-7. they check your personality to handle work more than going into details.

Interview
There was a two interview process; supervisors then a manager, both using Microsoft Teams. The first interview used the S.T.A.R system. The second interview was more of a conversation; a kind of get to know you.
