I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The N2 Company (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2012
Interview
Fairly rigorous process - 4 interviews before job offer is given. If you make it passed the first two interviews, there's also an assessment that's pretty comprehensive that takes about 45min to complete to see how good of a fit you are. I assume that assessment weeds out many of the candidates that are not a good fit. Overall good experience, not too many questions about past experience - seems to focus mostly on what type of person you are and how you respond to various situations.

Question 1
tell me about a time when you failed at something. What was it and how did you respond?
Very informative and I felt comfortable the entire time. Angie was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about the opportunity. She made sure I understood everything and didn't know and didn't mind me asking questions with all the information she gave.
