The Interview process started with telephonic conversation, The Hiring team asked some questions regarding the job role they are offering and candidate needs to answer all the questions in order to move to next round. In the next round they arrange Online Virtual Technical Interview, in which they are asking about how you can solve the problems in specific job functional area and some couple of excellent technical questions. Candidates needs to answer all questions and explain them thoroughly in order to get shortlisted for the Face to Face round. After the candidates shortlisted, they receive invite to attend Face To Face Interview and if candidates qualifies, they need to submit some basic documents and the company then clarifying about policy. then the candidates will be hired!
