I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled an interview. Interview was done on the phone and was only about 10-15 minutes to learn about my experience and background and discussed salary range.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Select Group (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Straight forward interview process. My recruiter was very communicative and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Call with a recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with VP, then offer.
Interview process was great from the initial call to the final interview, the TA team did a great job with feedback and following up in a timely manner.
3 step interview:
1. Call with internal TA
2. Discovering call with the Director
3. Final Steps with Director and VP - professional experience and getting to know the individual on a personal basis.
