Recruitment team does the initial screen which is a phone interview. You then get moved through to the hiring manager and a couple of other people for in person meetings. The hiring manager interview was one of the weirdest interviews I've ever had.
Overall was a long interview process that they seemed like wanted the position filled quickly. Everyone was nice for the most part. Utilize the talent manager because they will help prep you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (Denver, CO) in Sep 2025
Interview
Recruiter was great and helped answer all of my questions during the initial interview call. Unfortunately, TTD's in-office work requirement a few days per week not a good fit for me.
Interview was smooth, but they ask technical questions. In total I’ve met with 3 people and the last one was the case study presentation that I was asked to present to all of them.
