I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Vitamin Shoppe (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2013
Interview
Interview was very structured. Interviewer read from provided packet, yet felt uncomfortable reading a company script. My unrelated work experience made this script irrelevant and rather pointless. After this interview I interviewed with the store manager in a much less formal and unstructured interview. Finally I was called by the district manager for another informal interview to verify my interest in the position and the company.
