Interview
I sat down with the store manager who asked me a series of scenario questions about previous jobs. Then had a second interview with the assistant store manager. They do not always have the second interview with the assistant, especially if they are hiring in a friend.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
