Overall it was a good process. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly and helpful. The recruiter I worked with was very helpful in guiding me through the process, but unfortunately they went with an internal candidate

Interview
Too long. 3 interviews - took over a month to complete - first with HR in Cali - Then the DM who is in the US also then your direct supervisor. Shouldn't have to take so long but I learned later that they are very thorough in everything they do.

Shouldn't take 3 different people to interview one individual. Process was tedious and took a very long time. After 3rd interview, I had to f/up 3 times asking if a decision has been made. I kept being told to wait. It was very frustrating
