I appreciate the effort put by the HR to ensure the perfect candidate for the company . But the level of interview is a bit too much for associate role. Since both the candidate and the company is putting effort it should be made sure that the process is comfortable for both the parties. Solely considering the company side for designing the process is not ethical. Interview conducted by the senior designer and Ceo was a total put off. Conducting Interview is not a casual talk Interviewer should be well aware of their attitude , their tone and whether the questions they are asking is relevant to the role. Please ensure the code of conduct of the interviewer so that the company image is maintained otherwise these kinds of incidents will create a bad impression
