I received a phone screening a week after I had applied online. A week later I had another phone interview, but with the HR manager and in the same day, I had a face-to-face interview with the department supervisor. Two weeks later I had another phone interview and this time it was with the senior operations manager. Three weeks later I received a rejection e-mail. Honestly, the interviews was a pretty good experience with relevant questions asked, my biggest complaint is the fact that this whole process took over a month! I am more frustrated instead of being disappointed of not getting an offer. The issues include the fact that it took so long and how they sort of lied to keep me interested. The HR manager said that I was the top candidate, and the Sr. Ops Manager also said that I will be hearing from Thermo real soon, you would think that is a positive thing. Another issue is that NO ONE knew the salary range.... it is obvious that candidates are given the runaround. Funny....all of this just for a entry level position. This experience really changed my interest in ever applying for this company again!
Lesson learned: When an employer denies to give you a salary range, but wants to keep wasting your time and energy on more interview....just withdrawal!!
