I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Jan 2021
Interview
The process was very quick from start to finish and I moved onto each stage within a day or two, then I was completely ghosted. Started with a call with the recruiter, then a technical phone call with hiring manager, then 3 person panel interview. Within a few weeks I followed up with the recruiter twice and never heard back. Everyone was very nice, however being ghosted after you have gone through all of the rounds of interviews speaks to their lack of respect and common decency.
