Science domain is not a barrier for Digital or IT teams as most of the teams seems to have Science experts like POs or Product Managerd who translates the needs of the customers/products. Very open in answering all the queries about the company, benefits, performance management process

Initial phone screen with the recruiter then an onsite panel interview. Each interview was around 30 minutes consisting of a cross-functional team. After the interviews, there was a delay in hearing a response but eventually received an offer.
