Interview
Easy and personality-related questions were asked which were fairly easy. Flexibility-related time was also asked. Quesions about the company and role were asked and how you could be a good fit for the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Highland Heights, Campbell, KY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Submitted my resume through Indeed. A recruiter reached out a day or two later to set up a phone screen. Recruiter was super friendly and it was less than 15 minutes. Later in the afternoon, I received an email invite to an in person interview for later that day. I confirmed and arrived five minutes before appointment. Simple process of getting registered, proceeded by a 15 minute private Zoom interview, followed by a 15-20 minute in person interview with hiring manager. Interview was super chill, even laughed a few times throughout. Good energy. She told me they were still in the process of interviewing and I would be hearing back. I made the mistake of not asking how long the process takes because it just felt unprofessional to ask in the moment. I’m still waiting to hear back, my application is still under review status according to my account. Fingers crossed.
