This is an increasingly prevalent problem in recruitment, and I've pushed back several times with other companies to note that I have done very similar roles in the past. In those cases, I was then put through to interviews, but that step should not be necessary. Thermo Fischer did not even give me a point of contact to which I can appeal. I won't be trying them again.
