Phone screening, video interview, 3 person final panel interview, process is not too difficult, make sure you refresh your knowledge on the area you are applying to (genetics, bioscience, etc) as they will ask some technical questions.

Primero fue un contacto con la reclutadora para conocernos y sabes si sabemos ingles y backround, despues 3 entrevistas con 3 managers y al final un caso de un dispositivo a vender con otras personas, en inglés. Al final e 1 día nos avisaban si nos daban la oferta o no

-Backround -estudios -experiencia -inglés -¿te gustan las ventas? -¿qué experiencia tienes en ventas?
Pretty straight forward. But prepare for multiple managers to interview you 3 on 1 style. Overall it was not too much of an arduous process. Lots of questions on the role will be asked.
