Simple interview with questions you would expect from job type. How you would interact with clients and handle different situations. What are your strengths and are you able to multi-task, work independently, etc. Making sure you are a caring person. Second interview as well over zoom.

A lot of questions, explain a time when you....and how did you handle it.

- a clients plan had to change and it was difficult
The interview process included one initial phone interview and then a virtual interview with two interviewers in the Spring of 2024. They said that they would reach out to me but completely ghosted me. They lied to me and I found that disheartening and very unprofessional.
The interview was via Teams with 2 of the supervisors. The process was very easy and had a good flow. The conversation was easy and offered time for questions. The communication leading up to the interview was well handled and no confusion.
