Interview
It felt very casual. I had three intreviews, one with the hiring manager and two with other PMs in the team. It didnt seem like they had a rigid process for intreviews. The recruiter couldnt provide me with in-depth information on what to expect from the interviews or how long the process would take.

Tell me about yourself, why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
1. 30 min screening with HR, be prepared to speak on PM experiences and walk through resume.
2. Behavioural/scenario based questions and getting to know you with Sr. PM.
3. Take home case study, 2 days before interview to prepare. Create a PPT on how to design a growth roadmap as a new PM.

What LLM models and how did you select it for your use cases for building AI workflows?
I had a recruiter phone screen, then various interviews with stakeholders of varying difficulty and experience. There was plenty of time in between interviews and good communication from the recruiter.

HR called me then I had an online panel interview with a program manager and the practice lead, After I passed that interview, I went through an online interview with the manager
