Online assessment based on assessing legal knowledge, including knowledge on contract drafting, contract clauses, regulatory mapping, economic skills, language skills, personality and general knowledge, followed by an one on on interview

Interview
There were 3 major steps to join Thomson Reuters.
The first consisted of a long online test;
The second consisted of a group dynamic and - later - individual interview for each candidate and finally;
The third and final step was a remote interview with my manager.

Applied online, heard back within the week, in-person interview the next week, and offer the day after. Overall, the process was very smooth, and everyone I met was very friendly.

Interview
I had a phone Interview lasting about 30 minutes. I spoke with 3 Attorneys on the call. The Interviewer began with a basic intro to the company, background, locations, etc. Next interviewers shared information about the job, such as requirements, continuing with the company etc. The questions were as I expected, ranging from basic screening questions to questions about prior legal experiences.
