Il primo colloquio si è svolto con la piattaforma online di recruiting. Una video call automatica durante la quale si doveva rispondere a 4 domande predefinite: si avevano 30 secondi per pesare alla risposta e un minuto per esporre. In un secondo momento un test pratico inviato via mail: si avevano due ore per restituirlo.

Quali skills personali pensi di portare in azienda?
Three interviews: HR (20 mins) - future boss (45 mins) - language check (15 mins)
The one with the future manager was the toughest one, not because of the manager but because of the person assisting her at the interview, who was looking at finding incompetencies in the interviewee's knowledge

about global developments (G7 summit), also general questions about my motivations for the job
Easy, but competency based. E.g tell me about a current financial issue within the housing market? How would you continue reporting if there’s an electricity shutdown? How does your experience align with this role?
The interview was a bit all over the place, and they correct you during the interview. They do a lot of scenario testing, but using highly unlikely scenarios. The salary negotiation is not really a negotiation.
