The first round is in written format. The interviewers help with it. The second round is a discussion/interview which is taken by the managers and HR. They don't ask technical questions as such, they're more interested to know your learning capacity and long term commitment.

If you pass the initial assessment/ exams, they'll schedule a phone call interview, then an initial HR interview, and lastly, a panel interview. Consider yourself lucky if you hear anything from them after that, though.

There are multiple phases in the hiring process. The first is the initial phone call as an indicator that an applicant has been shortlisted. The second is the initial assessment where the applicant will be asked to take a written exam (grammar, business correspondence, html, etc.). The third phase is for the actual interview with the hiring HR, and if you passed this step you will then be scheduled for another written exam and a panel interview.
