Applied through company website. Got called after one month for a face to face interview at Rockville,MD. It was an hour interview with QA Director, Senior QA Engineer. They asked mostly questions about the resume and past experience and then gave a SQL test on a paper to complete 30 questions within 10 mins! Got Interviewed on a Wednesday and got an offer on Monday!! Pretty much straight forward procedure.

Sql query to find position of 'o' in "John"in firstname of employee table and convert it into Upper case
Good and all properly structured process.
1st round technical (pure concept n technical with 2 programs)
2nd round managerial (process related N scenario based)
3rd round HR round salary discussion.

Interview
Good experience and tricky too. 2 rounds. Technical and Director round. Technical is completely on SAP, S4 HANA, cloud systems and Daily activities. Not too tough not so easy able to handle the interview
Before interview process a expected salary was conveyed by me, after clearing all the rounds and process, HR says they cannot provide that salary.
