two interviews plus an assessment. the biggest problem was the length of time between the interviews and the assessment. seems like they didn't care how long it took. I think the process should be streamlined in the future.

Interviewer was 5 minutes late. Asked 3 questions: why did you apply? Why do you consider yourself a good fit? What do you consider fair salary? Afterwards they offered a salary of 115000 CHF for a fully qualified German lawysr with bar admission in Switzerland. Similar positions pay >180000 chf. Bad experience overall.

Interview
It was smooth. They ask me if how I would defend my cat against the dog. Easy question because the cat was trespassing by being in my garden which was a clear violation.
