I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Bengaluru) in Sep 2011
Interview
A logic test, then a short coding round, followed by a long coding pairing round(not really pairing), followed by two 1 hour long tech interviews followed by a leadership round, followed by an HR interview.
The two 1 hour long interviews were pretty good and fun. They asked genuine questions not things which can be googled and knowledge based, they looked at the thoughtprocess rather than knowledge.
