I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Chicago, IL) in May 2011
Interview
I was referenced by an employee to Thoughtworks so I didn't have to the phone interview. First you have to submit a code assignment. You will given a choice of 3 - 5 problems to write a solution for in choice of your language. Depending on the review of your submitted code you might get called for an onsite interview. Onsite interview will involve a pairing session on your submitted code, technical interview, value and culture interview, logic test and some group sessions.
