All interviews apart from Hackerrank challenge were focused on soft skills, personal approach to the problem, communication, and solution strategy. Pair programming was more technical, but it was more of a cooperation rather than an interview. Social change interview was focused more on figuring out the level of critical thinking and general interest in social change topics like activism, diversity, views on discrimination etc.
1. Recruiter screening with HR, pretty standard questions and went through what to expect. If you clear the screening, you will receive feedback that they will like to bring you the be interviewed for the technical interview

The whole process was of 4 rounds, comprising of one OA , then a code pairing round then a technical interview, and finally HR.1
