However, one day before the scheduled interview, I was rejected on the grounds that the role “wasn’t a good fit,” even though I had checked my resume against an ATS system beforehand and found a 70% match with the job description. This made the whole process feel inconsistent with the criteria they publicly stated, and honestly it came across as a possible ghost job — posted without real intent to hire, since cancelling one day before an interview scheduled a week ahead is a huge red flag.

Quite a long selection process. I've never seen so many steps to hire someone, it creates a feeling that they don't want you there because it makes interviews so difficult, they're not clear about the opportunity and the requirements of the position.
