I had applied through campus. They had 2 coding rounds short coding and long coding. I was able to clear them both. We were called at Thoughtworks Pune for further interview process. 3rd round was Technical Round. People their are not professional. Nobody was their to conduct our interviews. 2 guys, one of them had just joined took my interview in a very unprofessional way. They were least interested in the process.

To explain the algorithm and operations of 2048 game
Invited for an HR screening only to be immediately rejected for not having enough YOE. If this was a hard requirement why even schedule a call in the first place? A complete waste of time for both parties.
The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
