The interview process was pretty in depth and thorough. If you’re looking to get hired quickly it may not be the way to go because it did take a while from start to finish. My situation is a bit odd because they decided not to hire for the position I originally applied for and I interviewed for a different role instead. I felt like they were trying to find the best fit for the role AND their company, not just fill a spot which in my experience is a good thing. While I didn’t get the position I really enjoyed meeting the team and walked out having learned more about myself which isn’t something I’ve been able to say often during an interview process. Everyone at Thread seems like a great bunch, so sitting down with them will definitely not be time wasted.
