"Great Leadership Fun Culture"

Current Employee - Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Atlanta, GA
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

I have been working at Thread HCM full-time for more than a year

Fun Culture, leadership is often transparent. I've seen them handle industries hiccups like absolute professionals. No micromanaging.

Teams can sometimes run too lean. I've also seen leadership take active steps to fix this.

    Sales Coordinator Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Alpharetta, GA
    No Offer
    Positive Experience

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thread HCM (Alpharetta, GA) in Aug 2018

The interview process was pretty in depth and thorough. If you’re looking to get hired quickly it may not be the way to go because it did take a while from start to finish. My situation is a bit odd because they decided not to hire for the position I originally applied for and I interviewed for a different role instead. I felt like they were trying to find the best fit for the role AND their company, not just fill a spot which in my experience is a good thing. While I didn’t get the position I really enjoyed meeting the team and walked out having learned more about myself which isn’t something I’ve been able to say often during an interview process. Everyone at Thread seems like a great bunch, so sitting down with them will definitely not be time wasted.
