Threads typically conducts working interviews, but I was up against an offer deadline with another company, and Threads did everything they could to accommodate my schedule.
I was extremely appreciative for their flexibility!
- 1st round: Intro call with the CEO to learn more about the company
- 2nd round: met with Design Manager, Engineering Manager, and Engineer
- 3rd round: met with People Ops leader, an investor at Sequoia, people partner at Sequoia, and with the CEO again
