I got the phone interview a month after I submitted my online application. The head of policy research emailed me and asked me to make an appointment with him using the online scheduling tool, which was convenient. He asked many short questions and requested specific examples. Surprisingly, he didn't ask many questions about the small businesses.

Interview
It was an easy process that took two weeks. I had two phone interviews and one skype interview. After initial rounds with the HR there was a take-home assignment. The final round was three questions in relation to the sentiment survey data published by the company.
