Interview
Process took a few months. Began with online application and long suitability questionnaire. This was followed by two telephones interviews with a recruiter, who asked general customer service questions. Lastly, there were two in store interviews with management, which was more in depth and assessed candidacy through presentation. It was fairly straightforward but time consuming.
