3 Rounds : Interview with HR, Store Manager & Sales Director 3 round and same question as if they don't care what you have shared They intend to get my customer data and other sensitive information from competitors. Not a win-win situation

Fairly easy interview process, the first step was the longest in which you do a virtual interview. It felt a little awkward, but I then got hired during my in-person interview so it was fairly easy.
- Tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses. All of the regular interview questions. Why do you want to work here etc.

They invite you in for a group assessment that last 2 hours. They give an overview of the company history and then have you break into group to do a "client scenario" where they give you a prompt and you have to choose an item for that client. Then they have you write a note you would send to follow up. Lastly they pull a few people aside for further question but it basically seemed like they were giving offers on the spot.

They have a thorough interview process with selling demonstrations to show competence with fine jewelry and watches. Expect to meet with two levels of management where you’ll be asked your work experience and customer service experience.

2 Rounds Interview, 1st round was full time employee, 2nd round was interviewed by a manager. All are very friendly people. The whole interview made me felt relaxed, not nervous at all.
