The HR was upbeat but gave little detail on job responsiblities...could be may be not helpful. just liked and said many times I like your entusiasm you will do well..great so be perky and that is all I could offer on how to interview.

None... can you work overtime, weekends. Again little help in assessing the work place, or job demands.
How will you handle a difficult customer> How or what would you do if you see another employee stealing? What will you do if a customer tries to rob you? Has a gun?? How will you respond to an employee taking ill? Fainting?? Having a seizure?
