I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Chevy Chase, MD) in Sep 2022
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. This company is roaring with red flags. The recruiter for the mid Atlantic should be fired. First interview the recruiter didn’t even get on camera but asked me to be prepared to so I sat there on camera by myself the whole interview. For the Second interview the recruiter didn’t show up and blamed her kids. the recruiter did warn me that the staff is extremely overworked due to the restructure with LVMH. But I was still intrigued given that this is an opportunity to work for Tiffany. The back and forth with the recruiter went back and forth for months. Once I got to the interview with the dual director, the dual director was full of herself saying “I’ve worked with celebrities and have held the finest jewelry ever!” She mentioned that people in the D.C area don’t look at retail as a career. Maybe it’s because of your management style. The interview actually went very well but they never got back to me. Over 4 months later and the job is still up. NOT SURPRISED!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. in Sep 2022
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter, she set up an interview with the regional, but after connecting I never heard back for next steps. The regional said I made it onto the third interview, and no one ever set anything up. Very unprofessional company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY)
Interview
I have never met a more unprofessional group of people starting with the recruiter all the way up to the in store staff. The process took over 7 months. None of the people I spoke to had any sense of urgency. They seem to move to their own calendar and seem very comfortable letting weeks go by. The overwhelming impression was that this company was out of the touch with real time.
