I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Melbourne) in Sep 2023
Interview
Still the same like that all you can search online, photo everyone before you enter the room, tell you bit everything of themselves and each manager. Ask you to whats your favourite Tiffany piece.
If customer ask about something you out of stock (won't get back for a while and not sure how long) and they are very keen on it, what will you do for them?
Had to interview with multiple people. Whole process took about a month. The final interview with a corporate partner was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The store level team and the other corporate partner I interviewed with were beyond lovely but the final interviewer was asking questions that were major red flags and extremely unprofessional and outright demeaning.

Question 1
Why would you leave (insert former employers name here)
Very nice people, multiple interviews with different people, relevant questions, no pressure, but very slow response, expect that its going to take minimum 1-2 months if selected. Looks little messy and not very well organised.
Came for 2 different interviews at two separate times with group of two managers and then director. Process took a couple months. Not an exciting training process where you read and learn everything from reading of the screen
