I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process at Tim Hortons was concise and primarily emphasized evaluating applicants' baking abilities, their flexibility in terms of shift availability, prior experience in the food industry, the means of transportation they have, and their preferences regarding work schedules.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
