Timberlawn Mental Health System interview questions

Saw opening for Therapist online (CareerBuilder). Applied online then received a call about a week later. Asked to come do interview and asked basic questions and Director was very nice. Director of Social Services called and made an offer for employment. I asked for a dollar more an hour and received a call back later with agreement. Started working about 2 weeks later after back ground and physical.

My interviewer was uninformed and really not very well educated in mental health. The facility was rather unpleasant and unappealing. The interviewer was not versed in my particular areas of expertise, and did not know much about the company's strategic plan. I was concerned that there had been bad press regarding quality of care. The interviewer seemed to dance around the issue and wanted to change the subject.
