Tintri recruiter reached out to me regarding the position.
He asked me to come in to have an hour interview with VP support.
After the initial interview in which he asked few questions about the position and gave his vision for the organization. Pretty relaxed meeting.
Next interview was with Director support EMEA over the phone. It was an hour, and I was asked about my previous jobs and my difficult interactions with the customer and how they were addressed.
After that there was a lull for a week, and I reached out to the recruiter and was told that there will be in person an interview with Director Support America and Senior Support Engineer.
It was for three hours and after that I had an hour each with Director Field services different regions over the phone. Everyone was super nice.
