The overall process was smooth and was broken up into 3 parts: initial phone interview and 2 on-site visits. The key part for me was their flexibility to allow me to choose a 4-hour block that fits my schedule to interview with the team (5 people overall).
The part that simplified the interview process and made it efficient/informative was being able to send over my previous work samples which included videos, whitepapers, webinars, and solution briefs - you can only convey so much information in the allotted time but is really shows the due diligence from Tintri to spend time reviewing the work before actually coming on-site. We focused on the thought process of how and why I did specific projects vs what I did.
